Thinking of sliding across the floor and keeping the feet grounded.

Concentrating on using my Marianette strings and releasing the shoulders and back to get freer more open movements.

Improv with the 3rd years

I found it hard to work with the 3rd years at the start but as we had done a term with them and i knew some of them, i relaxed into it and feel much better about getting to no them more and working with them
